A few minutes of Yoga during the day can be a great way to get rid of stress that accumulates daily, in both body and the mind. Yoga postures, Pranayama and meditation are effective techniques to release stress. To develop a healthy lifestyle, proper body posture, enhance their breathing, and to promote a positive attitude and sportsmanship among the players, an Inter-Class Yoga Competition was organized for students of classes II to IV (Girls) and II to IV (Boys) in the school campus from 02 December 2022 to 17 December 2022.
The students participated with great enthusiasm and stamina and demonstrated the asanas with proper steps and posture. Students from all classes performed well. They were able to assess their own flexibility and also encouraged others to practice yoga in daily life. The best performers were given first, second and three positions from each class.
